Excellent staff.
Bathroom lighting was too dim.
Rooms were quiet and clean. Staff is fantastic. Hotel has easy access to the Houston tunnel system.

The desk personnel were very helpful.
The clock was too bright and I could not set the alarm because it was too complicated.
The clock was the only problem. I had to put a pillow over it to dim the brightness. Otherwise, the room and bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Excellent and understated service, spacious lobby, good size rooms, 2PM late checkout and courtesy boarding pass printing facility.
No late night room service for guest arriving beyond 11PM.
Very clean and spacious rooms, Excellent lobby area, 2PM extended checkout and courtesy boarding pass printing facility make it a great business hotel. Internet access is a tad expensive at $9.99/day, though.
