Very attractive, quiet, flat screens, great service (bartender went to the kitchen to make hot chocolate for my daughter after room service closed.
I liked everything.
I was very impressed with the quality of appointments, and with the service. The detective and the doorman combined to send out bulletins to city taxi companies to find and return a purse of my daughter left in a taxi, with credit cards and money intact!

Great price for a wonderful night's stay.
We were there because we had an appointment for our daughter at MD Anderson. Upon our arrival the person who checked us in gave us complimentary full breakfast passes. This thrilled our daughter to no end, which made us happy. Under the circumstances, we had a very enjoyable stay!

Overall wonderful experience. The staff with valet and with check in were very helpful and friendly. The elevator view is neat and the hotel has an updated look. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Recently remodeled rooms. Everything in the room is new. Very comfortable and very clean.
Work room was nicely remodeled, but limited primarily to aerobic machines and sky-high parking rates.
Huge convention hotel but is very family friendly on the weekends. The top to bottom renovation is almost complete. Rooms have been completely redone. Very comfortable beds, our room had two double beds and was very roomy. Bathroom was very clean and had plenty of room. Flat screen TV and decent work desk. Didn't use the restaurant but did access the Starbuck's Coffee in the lobby (it has a limited drink menu). Would definately stay there again and it certainly warrants a 4 star rating. The one big negative was the $25 valet parking fee. read more

The parking was expensive, but I knew that when I decided to stay there.
It was a very clean and nice hotel. The room was very comforable and quiet. The staff was great.
