Location downtown.
Bathroom looked old and tried.

If you enjoy a open feel this hotel is for you. From the lobby to the roof it is wide open. Kind of scary if you are afraid of heights. Don't get to close to the half wall that looks down on the lobby.

I have stayed here before and it is a hit or miss on the experience. I would stay here again.
The room was not finished, there was trash in the room and no amenities. Called and they did bring some up.

I have stayed at the Hyatt before. This was not one of the better. The room was not finished being cleaned. There were not enough linens in the bath. The heat was set on 85 when we walked in and it took all night to get the temperature down. Someone who notified themselves as hotel security woke us up at 11:30 pm and said they had our towels that we did not order. Also the toilet did not flush correctly. Not a great experience on this trip for the Thanksgiving holiday. We did not complain to the staff upon leaving. read more

One queen bed; needed two. However, easily rectified with roll away.

Awesome! I was at a professional conference the week prior to our family outing and was impressed with the facilities and staff at that time.

This is a great place. If you need to travel anywhere around Indy, this is a great central location. You can't beat the rooms--so comfy and clean!

The hotel staff checked us in and was very nice and gave us a great room. Very friendly staff.
The vending machine only took a debit or credit card.

This hotel was great for our needs. The beds were very comfortable, it was really quiet and we got a great rate through Priceline. We would definitely love to stay at the Hyatt if ever in the area again. Thank you staff for your welcoming personality.

Impressive elevators with a waterfall feature at the first floor, and a great view of the hotel from elevators.
I had to pay $28.00 a night for valet service to park my car, an unexpected expense.

We really enjoyed this hotel. It was beautiful, it had a waterfall feature at the bottom of the elevator, and when you are coming down, when you land on the first floor, you see the water on the other side. The whole hotel was spectacular.
