Checked in late after a concert. Waited far too long at the front desk for 11:30 at night and only one other couple checking in. She did not give us a bar key and/or tell us anything about the hotel. We needed water and noticed there was no bottles accessible in the room and the bar was locked. We called down to the front desk and had to wait over 20 minutes for them to bring us a key. Well kept property.
Parking is inconvenient and expensive, old TV's.
We have stayed at this hotel several times. It is a very well-kept property. Parking is expensive ($15) and inconvenient (far from rooms). Just keep that in mind when bidding because it does add to the total cost of your stay. Otherwise, a very pleasant place to stay in Irvine. Nice pool, spa, and tennis court.

It's a Hyatt - very high quality.
$15/day parking; $11/day internet; Both should be free at this location.
Hyatt excellence, with Hyatt pricing. Got a great nightly rate for the room, but the incidentals added up quick.

This hotel did not meet my expectations and was the worst out of three that I stayed at during my trip. To start with, finding the parking lot was confusing in the dark, the spaces were very small that resulted in people parking their cars on and over the line of their space. Then I found out I had to pay $15 for parking. That would have been a deal breaker as far as booking this hotel. The night staff was not very friendly or helpful. The room was nothing special and was kind of ugly. Two good things about the room - the ipod docking station and the soap. The morning staff was much more helpful and waived the parking fee and was very helpful in getting me set up with directions that I had forgotten to bring. read more
