The staff at the Hyatt did treat us differently when checking in and out of the hotel after discovering we did not book through them directly.

Everything was great staff was friendly. Hotel room and all areas were so clean, room was wide and has a large space, bed size was great.
Location of the room. Having 1 large bed and rolling bed instead of 2 large beds.

Great and we were very much satisfied.
