Staff was extremely helpful and friendly; self service check in.
Facilities closing due to economic downturn.
Excellent hotel. Beautiful river view, extremely comfortable. Unfortunately, the Plaza Steakhouse has closed permanently, and the Sports Bar closed while we were there. They no longer have the free tubes of toothpaste and the Hertz rental desk is gone, as well.
Hotel promptly provided a crib for our son after check in complete with baby lotion, powder, shampoo, cleanser and baby towel. Remains an excellent hotel, although it is apparent they are not unscathed by the recent economic downturn. read more

Clean and comfortable.
Awesome! It was a nice hotel with a great location and close to everything. The staff was friendly and the room were sparkling clean. Rooms were a great size for the three of us and we were very comfortable.

Hotel states they have Starbucks, but it is only Starbucks coffee not the fancier drinks.

Staff at front desk were very nice.
Beds were good.
The hotel was located on the riverfront area. The valet even let us know about the free parking on the weekends a few steps across the street (courthouse parking), no further to walk than their garage, which charges $15 a night. Staff at front desk were nice. Beds were pretty comfy/new, with fresh linens. Room was not truly upscale marble, but it was freshly done/clean
and
enough room. Staff had good recommendation on diner for breakfast. read more

The room was big, the beds comfortable and the view of the river was beautiful
Nearby shopping and restaurants were run down.
Large enough for conferences. Great for business because it is downtown. Convenient to the arena and stadium for various events. The river and fine dining provide a romantic atmosphere for couples. The beds are wonderfully comfortable and the rooms clean. Every one of the staff was professional and friendly.

Very romantic, perfect location.
The room wasn't cleaned especially the bathroom and it didn't have towels. the curtain in the room didn't close completely.
I would have to say that the rooms should be inspected to assure that it has been cleaned. The curtains rods should be checked often because it is very inconvenient to have light shining in when you are trying to sleep.
