Lack of follow through on requested services and knowledge on hotel information.

It was a nice hotel and the room was nice. The staff was polite but not very knowledgeable about surrounding area. Also, staff did not follow through on requests.

The hotel was very clean with pleasant staff.
Paying for parking & all the close spaces were reserved for Valet. So if you return late you are alone and away from the hotel.

Very Nice I would come back.

We have stayed in this hotel in August, really liked it. When we decide to go to Sea World and couldn't find a good rated hotel, we decided to stay here again, since it's only 15min away from the park.

Great location, with beautiful amenities.
Pool not so much family friendly. Would like a gym to use without having to pay while staying at hotel.

Great hotel. Staff was great and always willing to assist.

Hotel was very modem, new and clean. Toiletries were nice.
Self parking takes a while to walk to.

Hotel is modem and clean. Its great for business travelers, however they charge for Internet access. Has a pool and adjacent fitness center. Lots of restaurant choices next door to hotel.
