A "good place for local conferences" (with 17,000 sq. ft. of function space), this Long Island hotel about an hour-and-a-half from NYC is a "typical Hyatt" – "bustling and busy" with "comfortable rooms" and reliable service, including complimentary shuttles to and from McArthur Airport; an on-site golf course, indoor and outdoor pools, and tennis and volleyball courts are pluses, but the dining is "mediocre" and several reviewers say the rooms could still "use some updating" despite a renovation a few years ago.

The room was comfortable and the facility is nice.
Room service forgot to pick up our order card for the morning.

Hotel and rooms are nice, but walls must be thin, could hear all noises coming from adjacent rooms. Staff did not pick up our room service card for the next morning, we had to call to see where our order was. They did bring the order up promptly, were very apologetic, and did not charge for the coffee. Outside of that, the hotel was nice.

Liked the room and the location to wedding reception.
Nothing we didn't like about it. Great hotel.

Wee stayed here to attend a wedding. The rooms were nice and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and loved the water pressure from the shower. Overall, a very nice and pleasant hotel stay and couldn't beat the price we got on Priceline!

Beautiful furnishings and a good food.
We were put in a room on the first floor next to a party room. At 12:30 at night, guests from a wedding started partying and were extremely loud.

The hotel was overall lovely, however, why we were placed next to a party-type room, I'll never know. All was fine until 12:30 in the morning, when the wedding reception moved into the room, waking up myself and my 2 young children. We were then moved up to the 5th floor, but why were we placed there in the first place. Other than that, the hotel building itself was beautiful.

Breakfast prices a bit high.

We stayed for the night on our way to Atlantic city. We really enjoyed the hotel and will definitely consider staying there again in the future.
