Can get a little noisy bring ear plugs.

2nd time we have stayed at this hotel. And we enjoyed both times however you may have to pay for parking.

Nothing that strikes me as a dislike.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed at did not have a great view, but it was okay as we were not there for the view. I would definitely go back if a trip to Louisville was in the picture. The parking was reasonable and very well lighted.

I liked the view and the location. It was easy to find and close but not too close to the interstate.
Internet was not free nor was the parking.

Fantastic help with our 4 month old!
No room service until 5 pm.

Staff was great, from initial valet on wards. We asked for a crib to be brought up, and the hotel included linens, and complimentary baby shampoo. Floors over 12 have excellent city and/or river views, and you can walk 1/2 a block to 4th Street Live!

Open lobby / atrium which made the room very loud.

Nice hotel. Parking is $10 extra as the parking garage is owned by the city. It is a bit loud as the design of the hotel is such that the whole lobby / atrium is open. Overall, it was very nice.

Beautiful spacious room with a great view.
The room was upscale, but the bath/shower wasn't.

This hotel is in a great location right next to 4th Street Live. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was very romantic and beautifully decorated.

No refrigerator in the room.

Very good hotel. Great access to the convention center. Comfortable bed. The desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room a little small. No refrigerator or microwave which are common in other hotels. $10 for overnight parking. Other hotels that use garages usually give a free pass for parking.
