No pool table in the bar.

Best 3.5 star hotel in downtown Milwaukee, most comfortable rooms and amenities, most techie and biggest plasmas that are fully capable for all your media center wants and needs. Love the Hyatt.

Love the Hyatt! Excellent rooms, super comfortable & modern.
Internet was $10 a night.

Excellent rooms, friendly and helpful staff, excellent room service and food, it could definitely be a four star if they put fridges/mini-bar in their rooms, plusher towels maybe and better bath soaps/lotion. Definitely the finest 3.5 star hotel in downtown Milwaukee.

No pool.

This hotel was a great place to stay in downtown Milwaukee. The rooms are really clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying here.

The minimalism of the lobby decor is very efficient.
Valet never answered the phone, room was not serviced, and no concierge.

Valet never answered the phone, room was not serviced, no concierge, pool, spa, or anything else I expect of a 3.5 star hotel. Everything was extra to the extent. Otherwise, the hotel is in close proximity to the museum and sports arena, but this is Milwaukee and not Chicago.

We felt safe walking to the Bradly Center.
We were very satisfied with everything.

Staff was friendly. Check-in was fast and efficient. Valet parking was great!
