Location is superb. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Good value.
Screaming children in the adjacent room. Hotel staff dealt with the situation though.

The hotel staff couldn't have been nicer. I had called ahead to let them know it was our anniversary. Upon check-in they congratulated us and were able to honor our request for a room with a king-sized bed and a beautiful view of Mont Royal. We were surprised to find they had also decorated our room with rose petals and chocolates! The front desk was also helpful with making dining recommendations and reservations. read more

The customer service of Hyatt had mentioned roll away bed was okay but the front desk said no to fire safety. Inconsistency.

The customer service of Hyatt had mentioned roll away bed was okay but the front desk said no due to fire safety upon arrival. This has result with great disappointment and scrambling at the last minute. As we were traveling with one adult and one children, we need a roll away. They have ended up checking in at another hotel. This is great inconsistencies within Hyatt and hassle for us. The front desk staff was rude when this was mentioned with no compassionate that we have to end up checking in at another hotel. read more
