Room service was good. Nice service. Awesome view from my room.
Bed is narrow.

Overall, hotel is really great. I strongly recommend this hotel to any traveler to Newport.

It was right on the water.
The room was a bit tight and the halls were a bit noisy.

It was nice but
not a 3.5 star. Our room had a free standing shower only, which was fine for us, but not for a family with smaller children. It was worth our priceline price but not the regular price.

We were kindly upgraded to the Captains Quarters when they heard my luggage was lost by the airline. The nicest room I have ever stayed in! Nice view with a balcony, wonderful bathroom, awesome bed! Staff was so nice. Wish I could have stayed longer!

Beautiful view of ocean and Newport bridge.
Drive-up around front entrance was tight for vehicle traffic.

Modern looking rooms, very clean. Beautiful location. Hotel sits on its own private island.
