Terrific staff, very attractive hotel lobby and restaurant.
Shuttle service, no bathtub in the room.

I would recommend this hotel to friends however the hassle of getting the shuttle bus nearly lost any good review from me! It is not easy to be an international traveler and figure out how to get in touch with the transfer shuttle...YES I called the hotel number but they still missed the fact that I was at the international terminal and neglected to say that they don't routinely stop for pick up.I waited for over an hour in the cold before I was able to get someone to contact the hotel for a second time. I was cold and very tired...a hot bath would have been nice but instead had only a shower in my room. read more

Convenient location, clean and well-appointed rooms.
Parking fees!

This marks probably the 7th time I have stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Rosemont, IL. I have always been very pleased with the accommodations and the staff is usually very helpful and friendly. My only complaint is the ridiculous parking charge.

Renovations are coming along nicely.
$22 a day parking, walk from the garage to room was like a mile.

Hotel is undergoing renovations, stayed here 2 years ago and they were just starting. Still working on it! Parking is outrageous, it's Rosemont not Chicago and I won't stay and pay $22 a day again. We were in the back corner of the hotel and it felt like a mile walk from the parking garage to the room. $10 a day for internet! Most hotels have free wireless now. Nice room, good staff, but a lot of inconveniences and extra charges. This will be my last stay here. read more

Very contemporary and beautiful. Very pleasant atmosphere.
The hotel was to spread out. Everything seemed to be at opposite ends of the facility.

Hotel was beautiful and clean. Staff was very helpful, polite, & courteous. Everything was immaculate. The rooms were very comfortable and pleasant.

Wonderful hotel, great architecture. Amazing rooms.
It is so big that some times it is difficult to know where your room is.

Amazing experience. I stayed here in between two flights (night and early morning), and I wished I could have stayed longer. The room was unbelievable big and nice. The food at the bar was excellent (I had one of my best hamburgers, cooked to perfection). The staff was friendly and the free shuttle that takes you to the airport is quite frequent. Highly recommended.

Hotel was beautiful, staff was excellent. Gave us complimentary wine / cheese in our room.
No pool.

This hotel is very clean, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Upon check-in, the woman who checked us in was very friendly. She set my wife and I up with a complimentary bottle of wine with cheese / crackers. She did this because we mentioned we were on a weekend getaway without the kids! Only wish they had a pool, but didn't really need one since there was plenty to do in Chicago. Highly recommend this hotel. read more

Additional Fee To Park My Car Was $22.

This was a very comfortable, clean & convenient hotel. Would definitely recommend except the additional parking fee of $22 didn't make it that great of a bargain.
