Clean room, front counter staff were not too helpful. What put me off was the charge for parking and using the internet.

They were very helpful with local information and supplied us with bed rails for our 3 year old, above and beyond helpful!
Paying for parking.

I found them to be very informative about the local area especially Disneyland which saved us from arriving 2 hours early and avoiding an inconvenience. When I called inquiring about bed rails (which I didn't expect them to have) they let me know they did have them and even had them already set up in the room upon our arrival.

Parking and internet charges.

Nice room with double queen beds. There was an AA convention going on which made it inconvenient to get to & from the parking lot, which was quite far from the front desk and elevators. Room was quiet and had a safe but lacked mini bar. Self parking was expensive and no nearby public lots. No free internet. Bathroom was quite spartan but clean.

The hotel is very attractive from the outside/lobby area.
The room was dull, drab and the carpeting was noticeably soiled.

The hotel offers a Starbucks, pizza hut and restaurant on premises. There is also a very convenient shuttle provided free of charge to and from Disney/California adventure. However, there is no line for the shuttle, so you could be the first one waiting and still not make it on the bus. The family suite I stayed in was comprised of a double room suite which sounded nice considering I wanted a break from the kids after a long day at the theme park. The room was not nearly as nice at it should have been for the price. The carpeting was dirty and grimy looking with stains. The overall look of the room was that of a motel 6 and my view was of the parking lot. If all you want is a place to rest your head then I would recommend something cheaper because luxury is not something you'll be getting at this place. read more

Ice machine took too long dispensing ice.

Great hotel to stay at. The room was spacious and had a nice view, the free shuttle to and from Disneyland was very helpful.
