Location.
Some things were not cleaned well like a spot on the wall behind the toilet and the remote control (it was gross) need more wash clothes and towels.

Great location, and
nice bed.
Hostess at the restaurant was annoyed with our party of 6 and said it would be a wait, but server was great, no wait.
Beds were nice, my request of 1 king room and 1 double room was granted. Check in was fine. Only problem was rude hostess at the restaurant. When we asked for a table for 6 she acted as if we had 60 and told us it would be slow service. Not very welcoming. But the waiter was great and the service was fine.

Conveniently located at the airport.
The food in the restaurant wasn't worth the money.
The overall experience was great. Easy access from gate at airport. The rooms were attractive, with internet access and large flat screen televisions and also very clean. The pool was awesome! Many gift shops and food places available within a short walk

Terrific location, friendly staff, wonderful amenities (i.e. pool, gym, lobby area).
Parking was $12.00 per day.
Although the hotel was in the airport, it was not noisy. I enjoyed the convenience of having the airport shopping and restaurants available to us during our stay. Rooms were clean with nice showers, mini fridge in each room, lounge chair and desk. The staff catered to our every request and we appreciate their quick response time and friendly attitudes. I would highly recommend this hotel to other people and would definitely stay here again. read more

The convenience of being a part of the airport was fantastic.
I wish the two beds were queen sized.
The fact that the hotel at the Orlando Airport is actually a part of the airport was wonderfully convenient. The hotel is well maintained with very friendly staff (valet, front desk, and even security). We will definitely stay there again if the opportunity arises, and I will heartily recommend this hotel to my friends.

Top customer service: friendly and helpful.
Convenient to be able to go from flight to hotel. Access to food inside and outside of hotel and stores for shopping was an added plus.

Cleanliness, attractive rooms and friendly employees.
No one said anything about the parking fee of $17.00 or $12.00 validated.
I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Beds are great for sleeping comfortably. Rooms are very neat and all employees were friendly.
