The hotel is located in a great area with beautiful views of the city and the river.
The staff was unresponsive to a valid complaint regarding the noise level.

I am a frequent business traveler and chose this hotel for a romantic weekend with my husband. The service was substandard for a Hyatt.

Great views of the river.
The location leave much to be desired. Needs better connections to transit.

The Hyatt is a wonderful hotel on the waterfront. It's within walking distance to the historical parts of Old City. But other parts of the city are a bit of a walk and the closest subway line is a 13 minutes walk.

Comfortable beds.
Location, and odor.

Rooms have been recently updated and are stylish and modern, but bathrooms are not as nice. Hotel is not very well maintained, water stains, damage to walls, carpets, mold, etc. All rooms are sprayed with fragrance which is overwhelming if the room has just been cleaned. If you are sensitive to fragrances, do not stay at this hotel.
