Great view on the river, clean rooms, in room safes, flat screen TV's.
Check in guy tried to give me a smoking room.
I always like this hotel. Its good quality with updated rooms, linens, and TV's. Very comfortable. Staff is friendly and maid staff doesn't harass you. I was unhappy with the man that checked me him - he claimed he only had a smoking room available. When I refused because I hate smoke, he magically found another room for me. Trying to trick customers to settling for a sub-par room is not a good way to do business. Other than him, staff is usually very nice and helpful. read more
