We were impressed with the luxury and the hospitality of place and staff.
It´s a modern and very southwest decorated hotel, but luxurious also. Located downtown Phoenix.

Big screen TV.
Would have liked micro-wave/refrigerator in room.
All the luxury you would expect from Hyatt, the staff was friendly and helpful
- the property was mostly clean. My only issue with the stay was all the nickel & dime (or $1-$10) fees. To place a toll free call was $1. To use the slow speed internet via the TV was $10.

Luxurious, clean, spacious, and in a good location.
Paid parking and paid Wi-Fi.
The hotel was a great deal after booking on Priceline. The desk staff was very helpful and courteous. The room itself was decorated beautifully and the room was in great condition. We used the pool and hot tub every night we were there, even though I was there on business. They had a nice fitness room as well. They have several restaurants in the hotel. There is even a rotating restaurant / lounge in the penthouse of the hotel. The hotel has many amenities that would be expected: concierge, restaurant options, etc. Parking is about $12-20 / night if you're traveling with a car, and the internet is paid as well, so you can expect to spend an extra $30/day or so if you require both. Overall, it was a good experience, and would definitely stay again. read more
