Very friendly staff. Room was large and very comfortable beds. It was a little difficult to locate the first time as the GPS took us to the back of the hotel.

The front desk staff is always off the chart friendly and efficient.
This hotel is getting dated. Needs renovation for the price.

The Hyatt is a beautiful hotel with a center atrium. The staff is very friendly and efficient and the room was clean.Unfortunately, for a 3+ star hotel it is starting to look dated and needs a major renovation. The room is nice but certainly doesn't blow you away, and for the regular price it should. The bathrooms are fine, but haven't been updated in years.

Close to Princeton University.
Shuttle not frequent enough.

Closest of all Route 1 hotels to Princeton University, it has all the amenities you'd expect from a Hyatt, including lots of parking. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and all lodging issues were well executed.
