Very upscale decor, clean and great location.
Rooms are smaller than expected.

This seems to be a new, very modern hotel with all amenities. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful on all occasions. The hotel is located in a walkable downtown area with lots of restaurants and retail very close by. Wish all Priceline hotels were like this one!

Other chains have better bedding and newer TVs.

The hotel staff was the best I have experienced. The check in was seamless.This hotel was so professional and made me feel like 4 star service from the beginning. I loved the free hotel parking covered parking lot! Only changes I could suggest would be for a 4star newer TVs and the bedding was not as lush as some lower star levels. Small pillows and low count sheets. Housekeeping came very late (after 5) in the day and I had to cancel it to ready myself for an event. read more

Exceptional public.
Like most business hotels, they charge a minimum of $10/day for in-room internet.

The Hyatt Reston is a top tier Hyatt hotel. The public facilities are well maintained and very attractive. There is a large and comfortable lobby with several seating options. The rooms are spacious and tastefully appointed, with ample bathrooms, functional desks, and comfortable beds.

The hotel was very beautifully decorated. Staff was very kind, though directions for nearby places were not always accurate. There was no concierge at desk.

It was very clean and the beds were sooo comfortable and I am picky about my pillows and they were perfect
The only thing that I didn't like was that the beds were full size beds and not queen size..We stated that we didn't need king size beds,

My overall stay at this hotel was wonderful...It was so clean and everyone was so friendly. There was one small complaint I had and that was that the beds were full size and not queen. We had told the desk that we didn't need king size beds and we assumed that they would be queen, but they weren't..But, the beds were VERY comfortable so it made up for being smaller beds
