It appears very elegant and the rooms are nicely furnished.
The rooms get too hot at night. Needs better AC.

We always like this hotel. Good location, quiet rooms, great room service. The only 2 draw backs are the channel selection on TV is not so great but OK and we wake up at night because the AC stops once you go to sleep - too stuffy. The lobby is beautiful and everyone is very nice. We enjoy the hotel very much! Very positive review!

Front desk manager and front desk staff surly at best.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and with the exception of the front desk manager the staff was pleasant and helpful.

The hotel rooms had recently been remodeled. Good vibe to the hotel. The mix of modern and family friendly was appreciated.
Beds were small. Guests were loud. Parking expensive.

Well placed hotel in the middle of downtown, close to midtown and all of it's great places to eat. The hotel rooms are decorated in the modern style. The bar was a nice place to chill out, and the martini was pretty good.

The location was excellent, food & service excellent.
The carpet in my room was dirty in one corner of the room near the bed.

Centrally located and newly updated.

The hotel has an upscale fell to it but the staff were all more than eager to please. Rooms are very nicely decorated and appointed. Nice lobby, restaurants and great down-town location.
