The location was awesome, the view was great!
I liked everything
Awesome location for me & my husbands getaway. Very romantic and right off the Riverwalk. Staff was very friendly. Pool is on top of the roof with hot tub. We were able to go bar hopping down the Riverwalk and just walk up to our beautiful hotel. The water feature in the hotel lobby was very pretty.

The location is excellent, good staff.
Hotel bathroom was not very clean. Had to call for the maid.
Hotel was noisy at night. Had to have maid service clean the bathroom. But the hotel sent someone to clean it immediately. The room had a very nice view overlooking the Alamo and it's right in the middle of the activities along the River Walk. Other than the one night of someone above running and jumping above our room, I enjoyed my stay.

quality of room.
Lots of noise in other rooms from 12 am – 6 am made it kind of hard to relax.
Great room, great atmosphere, perfect location, and good food. The rooms just need better soundproofing. We had an adjoining room an we could hear everything the people said in the room next to ours.

We went for our anniversary and they made it special by sending us a bottle of wine, fruit, cheese & crackers.
There was not a thing we didnt like.
I loved the view. We loved how nice the people where. and we was amzed that the hotel was right above the River Walk, which is why we came down.

Courteous staff, beautiful room, great location for tourism.
Some kind of construction going on all night on street outside - extremely loud.
Beautiful atmosphere. Very romantic.
