Super Riverwalk hotel, right in the middle of entertainment.
Checked out at 7:30 am Saturday. Six people waiting, two working at desk, one goes in back.
Great Riverwalk location, excellent room, nice gym and rooftop deck with small pool and hot tub.

I like the updated look of the rooms. I loved that it was near to the best restaurants on the riverwalk, and I like the view.
I did not like the size of the bathroom, and the scent of the toiletries.
I think this was a great value for the price I negotiated. The location of this hotel is ideal and it was easy to get to. I would return to this hotel if the price is right.

Great location and excellent view of the Alamo. Everyone was
extremely helpful and friendly.
The pool was a bit small, not much to shout about.

It's on the riverwalk, has a jazz club, love city/river view.
Double beds, no microwave, fridge, no snack vending machine.
Love the hotel, the staff, the valet parking. Rooms comfortable (except for double beds). Love the fact that it's on the river. Would recommend it highly.

Being on the River Walk was great!
No microwave in the room.
Being on the River Walk was outstanding and very memorable, the Hyatt knows how to cater to their customers!

Quick to remedy problems.
All attempts were made to fix problems. The concierge gave us directions to the wrong complex for a sporting event.

The staff went above and beyond especially the waitstaff.
Added charge to park/valet.
I travelled to this hotel with my 14 year old son and 75 year old mom. It suited all of our age groups. Even in the midst of a chaotic trip due to unforseen problems, it was always comforting to return to the Hyatt. Kudos to the waitstaff; especially those involved with Room Service. Very attentive and caring. Would definitely return if the need arises to go back to SanAntonio.
