Proximity to SA Riverwalk.
The location is very good, however I find Hyatts to be cold as far as ambience, because of all the concrete. It needs to be softened and more intimate.

It was located on the river walk and one block from the Alamo. Good!
We were assigned a room with a fold out bed. One office style chair!
The room was less quality than our accommodations at the Holiday Inn Express for the same price. The counter staff used phrases, such as, your reservation is internet, not our sales. Which meant that our four star was tainted. Well if that was four star room I don't to see what a two star looks like.

Great location on river walk and super clean room.
Overnight parking was very expensive.

It was affordable, clean & convenient to the River Walk in San Antonio.
Parking at the hotel was expensive.
I was impressed with the Hyatt Regency River Walk Hotel. I would very be interested in staying at another four star hotel/resort in the San Antonio area. Please call me or email me options & suggestions. Thank you.

Clean, excellent location, friendly staff, very good service.
We liked all there was about this location.
My only review is that we would select this hotel for our San Antonio stay and recommend it to others who may be visiting San Antonio.
