Not a family friendly hotel.
The A/C was not working properly when the staff was told they replied by saying it is hot outside and we have been having
AC problems.

Beds were nice, comfortable. Quiet and private.
If you touch certain things in the hotel, it will automatically be charged to your credit card.

You can not get a guarantee on the room such as we need 2 queens instead of 1 king.

The location was central, colors were neutrals.
The rooms were very small and the in room coffee maker was placed in a very awkward spot, on a day that was 90degrees there was no bar service on the pool.

Room was very clean.
Downstairs decor is outdated.
Room was very clean. Beds are comfortable. Pillows are fluffy and better than the ones I have at home. Rooms were nicely updated. Lobby and common areas could use an update but they were clean. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Very nice experience.

It was perfect for us and our needs.
If you're visiting San Antonia this is the perfect hotel. Right on the river walk and close to everything you will need. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant was really good. The vibes you get from the moment you walk in are wonderful!

I liked the lobby and the location of the hotel.
The bed is horrible, not comfortable at all.
The hotel looks nice, but the beds are not comfortable, and the space in the room is really small.

Clean, lots of activity, staff accommodating but not overshadowing.
Pool closed too soon. Valet vs. self park only $4 difference and were not told.
I will be coming back. This hotel is full of activity, it is first class, but for those of us not used to people waiting on you hand and foot, it was not uncomfortable with valet and bus boys breathing down your neck like some 4 star hotels. Great experience on the Riverwalk!
