Dining at hotel is not great. The Concierge not available.

Good place for a business stay. No frills. Convenient location. Staff not the most cooperative.

Beautiful atrium.
Food and parking overpriced, no pool, no adequate health club.

Hotel clean, attractive physical structure praise architect. Staff excellent praise HR. Every amenity overpriced. Felt like I was continually nickel and dimmed. ie charging for internet is no longer industry practice.

Cheap towels, provided only a few towels.

Hotel was clean, nice, great lobby open space design. Convenient location. Room was spacious and clean. Initially TV remote didn't work, was replaced quickly. Balcony door didn't lock. Provided only a few towels, and cheap quality towels. Not a 4 star hotel, but 3.5. Hyatt seems to be reliable, but not the Ritz. Overall 8 of 10.

found an open monster can in the mini bar.

Was a very nice hotel and would stay there again when i come back later on, was beautiful in the lobby and the rooms where awesome loved the beds not to stiff just right, the view
I had was wonderful, the price was not bad at all. cant say anything bad about this hotel!
