Nothing, I love this hotel.
No better location in San Francisco. Right by the BART Station. Walking distance to the water and easy access to anywhere in downtown San Francisco.

Awesome views, very convenient location.
Parking charge is outrageous!
One of the best in the city, and a pleasant surprise to get it for this price! Incredible views, just across the street from the Ferry Building, and steps from Bart. Windows that open are a huge plus for me.

My room was not cleaned for three days.
This hotel was abysmal. There was a labor issue and the management staff was doing all of the customer service. They had no patience for the customers and the rooms were not cleaned and the restaurant was closed as no one knew how to staff it.

Convenient to sight seeing.
Parking $57 a day, room should be immaculate for this level of hotel.
I expect perfection for this type of hotel. Our room had several stains in carpet and the bed was average, not really plush or comfortable. The parking was extremely outrageous.

Loved the atrium, and our room had a nice view.
The concrete heavy exterior is really ugly.
Great location, comfy room. Ugly on the outside, beautiful on the inside. Only minor gripe was that the door to balcony didn't lock properly, but a big safe was provided in the room.

Great bed, amazing view, quiet, and excellent service!
I got another great deal from Priceline and stayed in a beautiful room with an amazing view of the Ferry building. I walked to Union Square, ate at restaurants next door, and had top notch service.
