The staff was very helpful wouldn't let you lift a finger.
The pool needs to be remodeled poor quality.

Overall nice hotel. Was very pleased with my stay. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Great location walking distance to everything in downtown.Pool could use a good update. It is indoors witch is a plus,It just doesn't look like it should be in this hotel. Other than that its a wonderful ritzy hotel.

A perfectly located hotel. Unfortunately valet parking was mandatory and cost $18 plus tips. The interior of the hotel did feel very dated but the rooms were large. The staff was friendly.

We were upgraded at no extra charge to river view room.
The $18 a day parking fee.

The lobby looks elegant. The rooms and bed were very inviting. The desk clerk upgraded us to a river view room at no extra charge. I could not believe we got this nice of hotel for the price we paid.

The Hyatt had a perfect location and you were able to walk everywhere from it.
Paying for parking $20.

I love the Hyatt, it was in a perfect location, it is beautiful and we had a fabulous time.

Great view. Concierge was wonderful.

This hotel could not be better located. It sits literally on the riverfront right in the middle of the quaint shops along the riverfront. Every staff member we encountered was kind, polite, and helpful with the concierge being the best. Recommended great place for breakfast and sold us the tickets we wanted for trolley tours. This is the most beautiful city I've visited in America. read more

Noisy.

Hotel was very noisy with drunks yelling in the atrium at all hours of the night.
