Deluxe atrium, all suite hotel offering 194 one & two bedroom suites with private balconies, spectacular views, 2 TVs, iron, ironing board, coffee maker, 3 phones, in room movies and am/fm clock radio. From June 15th, 2009 until October 1st, 2009 the Hyatt Palm Springs will be undergoing a $14 million dollar renovation of our guest rooms, restaurant, bar, meeting space, pool and lobby area. While all facilities are open during this transformation, there will be signs of ongoing renovation. You have our commitment to continue to provide the service that represents the Hyatt culture of taking care of guests. Noisy and dusty. Going through major renovation.

I have stayed here before. Location is wonderful. This hotel is being renovated and there is dust everywhere! Noisy, and was hard to breath. Car covered in dust in parking garage and I was charged $14.00 per night to have it covered in dust.

Under renovation. No problem for me though.

Public spaces rated low because the hotel is being renovated. This did not affect the rooms.

The rooms were gorgeous.

I know I would have gave this hotel a much better rating, but when I was there they were doing a major renovation, the pool was non-existent due to the remodel and their on-site restaurant was closed. So overall, it was a horrible experience.

The hotel was under consturction which I did not know when I booked it, the pool was not open and 90% of the shops where closed in the area.

The location and interior corridors.
Carpet was stained and rooms needed remodeling.

Nice upscale hotel and great location. Rooms are nice but dated.
