Great staff, everyone says hello when you walk by and very quick and efficient. For a 3.5 Star hotel it seemed like a 4 star.

Restaurant too expensive so we did not eat there. Room service charges too High to use. Parking charge too much.

The hotel was nice and clean and bed was very comfortable. I think that the parking should be free for guest. Cost $18 to park over night. The restaurant is too expensive.

The hotel staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to assist us. The hotel was very clean and well appointed. Very good choice!

Received a corner room on the 16th floor, which was a pleasant surprise.
They did not offer free shuttle service to the Cruise ship terminal.

Excellent service from front desk and room service personnel. Rooms are clean and professional looking.

Nice hotel, not far from the St. Pete Times Forum and businesses. Room was nice, somewhat noisy.

Great location to Tampa Port Authority - I accessed a cruise ship between stays.
Not a lot of activity in the area on Sunday due to business district.

Pool was fine, but no frig or micro in room.
Charged for parking and $4 a bottle for water is rediculous.

This is an over rated hotel in that it does not provide basic amenities like frig and micro.

Proximity to Port of Tampa was good.
Not a very good choice of restaurants for a Sunday evening.

Hotel staff at the reservation desk were very helpful. The staff in the bar/restaurant were not very quick to take my order - I sat there for about 15 minutes before anyone served me, and there were not many patrons.
