Good location, comfortable beds and well maintained rooms.
Night tables & bathroom cabinet were small. Hair dryer cord was short - not easy to use.

Provides all conveniences in a safe location, close to all kinds of entertainment, restaurants and many activities.

The lack of a pool and misinformation from the office and it took a VERY long time to get an elevator.

The rooms were lovely, the staff very nice. Our kids, however, were very disappointed in the lack of a pool to use in October and when they called down to ask what time it was open until, they were told 9pm. Needless to say they were more than disappointed to get to the pool door only to find it padlocked and the pool drained

Not a bad place to stay in but I have been in better. We had no problems and the room was really clean and neat. The location was ideal for us.

Mostly the location - close to major attractions and good restaurants.
We had thermostat problems which caused our room to overheat and the noise level was terrible.

Although the location was good, the noise from other guests in the hallway at night was atrocious. Also our faulty thermostat caused our room to heat to approximately 90 degrees and nothing could be done to facilitate us.

Very fast and easy check-in and check-out.
Breakfast is not included.

The Hyatt is a great hotel. I was greeted as soon as I stepped out of my car. The check-in process was very fast and easy. The location was perfect I just left my car in the hotel parking and was able to go to all the sites I wanted by foot.
