Very good choice, if you need a clean place located close to downtown amenities. It appears to be an older building that has been re-done and is very a modern interior.

We had asked for 2 double beds and when we arrived, were told that these were in high demand and that we would have to take a King bed instead (2 adults and 2 kids - 14 and 12 years old). The registration desk kindly double checked and we were able to transfer to a suite after dinner. Beautiful decor, lovely views of the CN tower.

No fridge.

Large roomy upscale hotel that has a business feel. Everything is efficient, modern and professional. Breakfast was superb. All services were excellent.

Newer updates. Modern Decor was very nice!
Pool deck was dirty. Not very welcoming patio!

We loved our stay at the hotel. We were unhappy with the roof pool and deck. It was not at all welcoming. It had potential but was not very clean or nice. We loved the rooms and thought the staff was super! I would say it was one of the best hotels we have stayed in. (fix the pool area).

The staff was extremely rude.

The staff would seem to go out of their way to be rude when you needed help with anything. Would never recommend this hotel to any one ever.
