The restaurant was superb. The staff excellent.
This hotel far surpassed our expectations. The staff was friendly and professional. The food in the restaurant was absolutely divine.

Staffing was excellent.
This is a clean, efficient, centrally located well kept major hotel. While not a luxury hotel on world class standards, it is an excellent place to stay in Vancouver.

The hotel brought us complimentary champagne and chocolate dipped strawberries as it was our anniversary. Very friendly courteous service.
Great central downtown location and a fantastic view from the higher floors.

Location.
Noisy fan in bedroom and bathroom fan full with dust.
Location is great but service dropped. I asked for bath salt for my pregnant wife but they don't have and a good hotel don't say no. Fan in bedroom was noisy all night and the fan in bathroom was full with dust.
