I really enjoyed the customer service, location and amenities.
This hotel has a great location. It is near shops, across the street from the beach and restaurants. It has enough amenities that you don't need to leave the hotel if circumstances dictate that. I was most impressed with the hotel's staff. From the personnel at the front desk to the waiter at the pool, all were sincerely friendly and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were recently renovated and tastefully decorated.

The staff was excellent and the rooms were newly renovated and comfortable.
The pool was pretty small.
I can not say enough nice things about the Hyatt Waikiki! Everyone who works there from the front desk staff to the waiters and waitresses were super nice and helpful. Even though it is not actually on the beach, the location is excellent and you don't miss being on the beach (you just walk across the street). It is a beautiful hotel and the room had a great view and was very up to date. Loved it and would highly recommend it! read more

The location, size of room were excellent.
On check in I was given a room with minimal air conditioning and a poor view. The hotel did move me to another room after too long of a discussion.
The shops and restaurants were a pleasant experience. Waikiki Beach is just across the street and other shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance.

The self park garage is a little difficult to navigate.
Very nice room with a great view from the balcony.

Location, view, room, staff.
Air conditioning was not as cold as we would have liked.
Staff was friendly and upgraded our room. Very nice amenities in the room. Beds were comfortable. Spacious room. All rooms have balconies. Staff stored our luggage while we toured Oahua and delivered it in a timely manner when we went to pick it up. All in all, a delightful experience. Wish we had more time there.
