Nice location (close to Capitol Hill) and good facilities.
Overcharged parking rate $41.00 + tax/day, no refrigerator/microwave in room, fee for internet/breakfast, expensive dining.

The hotel is located several blocks from the Capitol Hill, which is most convenient for those Capitol Hill visitors. Its competitive daily room rate was buffered by its high parking rate. Its room size, facilities and service are about average. The room I lived in need some regular maintenance: bath shower needs maintenance, bath room door lock not functioning. Areas need improvement: no refrigerator/microwave in room, no free internet/continental breakfast, expensive parking/dining. read more

The location and the price was wonderful. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
The room was on the older side and although very clean.

Very lovely and updated lobby and restaurant area. Perfect for group gatherings for breakfast, drinks or dinner.

It does not have indoor parking.

The Hyatt Regency Washington D.C. On Capitol Hill in Washington,DC. is a great hotel for a family with children. The location is great, the restaurant is very good, and the pool was open until 11:00 pm. I would recommend this hotel and I hope to stay there again.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
The swimming pool was very small and the food was expensive.

The concierge was very helpful and actually helped us out with tickets for the more popular museums and exhibits in DC. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Our original room was located over the loading dock, but they were quick to upgrade us to a suite and provide us complimentary breakfast. The hotel also arranged movie nights during the weekend. I would definitely stay here again. read more

Very high end lobby.
Pool was stainless steel, good but weird.

The hotel was impeccable, from the valet service, to the staff. they helped us with travel plans and dining. the room was a single king and had enough space for a family of four using inflatable mattresses. Great look and feel of class in this hotel.

Nice hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. The location was great with access to the Capitol and Union Station and all of the surrounding sites.

This was a nice and comfortable hotel. The rooms were always cleaned early and the entire hotel staff was very friendly. The hotel cleaning staff always greeted you when they saw you and they began to know us after a couple of days.
