Was close to museums and metro.
Did not have a casual lunch and breakfast place.
My answers above say it all.

The location was great for our walking tours.
When we checked in, the bellhop took our luggage to the bottom of the escalator and we had to get another one to take to room.
I was very disappointed when we were charged $45.92/night for parking. Where else could we have parked? This additional charge should have been noted in some way other than asking for a credit card for incidentals.

Great location, excellent recreation facility hours, clean rooms.
Construction posed inconvenience and detracted from the quality of the hotel.
Great location for sightseeing. Many attractions within walking distance. Good housekeeping services. Extended hours for pool and health club gives you time relax after busy day. Parking rather pricy, but location makes up for it. I expect after renovations are complete it should revert to the 4 star hotel it is billed as.

Got the room I requested; had 2 queen size beds (instead of 2 doubles); large room size.
Hotel was under renovation; difficult to navigate the hotel; needed to take different elevators to get to certain floors; $ parking; noisy.
I'm sure the hotel will be very nice; it felt very unsafe that night. The second night, I found a huge cockroach on the floor. Granted, it was dead; but seriously, it made me think about the pesticides used in the hotel. Hotel was noisy because it was under construction.

Shower stall.
Miniscule room, no workspace whatsoever, exorbitantly expensive restaurant.
A nice hotel in a good location (not after dark). My room was microscopic with no workspace whatsoever - I had to work on the bed. Good food, but way overpriced. Nice shower stall, clean facilities and friendly/helpful staff. I would not stay here again.

The location was perfect for sightseeing.
Parking was $41 a night. Ridiculous.
Parking fee ought to be listed and not a surprise at check in.

Location is good for Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C.
No refrigerator or microwave in room, no free breakfast, soiled bed spread.
The hotel was adequate, but by no means a four star hotel. Being a block up from the homeless shelter it was quite secure, but certainly not worth.

The beds were very comfortable.
A problem receiving hot water in the sink - the shower was fine.
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I understand that the hot water problem was going to be attended to. The close location to union station was very convenient.

Location, cleanliness.
Overpriced marginal breakfast.
Met our expectations except the first night was very noisy, seems we were over the hotel's loading zone. They were graciously relocated us the second night with no additional charge. Lesson always ask for a quiet room.
