They charge $1.17 for a local call.
They charge $1.17 for a local call from the reception desk. They gave wrong information about some of the museums. I asked a porter if there was a charge for storing our bags for a few hours before we left. He said no but you can give me a tip. How rude is that!

Clean, safe location, friendly staff, great amenities, good gym.

liked everything about it.
Excellent, would definitely stay again when in Washington DC all the staff members were wonderful and concierge had great restaurants recommendations and great transporation.

The sleeping area and bathroom was very nice and clean.
The lobby construction was inconvenient.
I liked the hotel and the location. I plan to visit Washington, DC again in the near future.

Loved the room, bathroom was very roomy.
Lobby, lounge, restaurant areas were under renovation.
Great location near the Capital, rooms are very nice but the hotels common areas were all under construction.

I liked the location and the valet parking.
Carpet was not clean and lighting was poor in halls.
This property was nice but I expected more from what I had seen in Orlando, FL. The lobby was hard to get to because you had to put your luggage on the escalator and ride down to the lobby. The king size bed was boxed in all around so you hurt your leg each time you climbed in and out of bed, especially if you have short legs. My guests that visited me complained about the carpet. read more

The staff and location.
No microwave, no fridge in rooms.
I did not like the fact that there was no fridge or microwave. We would often eat out and bring leftovers to the hotels that we end throwing out. If we had a fridge, we can store and reheat in the microwave.
