The room was not even close to what I have experienced with other hotels. No Internet.

Very nice for the price.
Walls to the room seemed thin, could hear hallway and neighbor's room.
This is a very nice hotel. I was amazed at the price we got it for. But, it was a little too fancy for my taste. Immediate service, cabs lined up waiting to take you where you need.

Nice location (close to Capitol Hill) and good facilities.
Overcharged parking rate $41.00 + tax/day, no refrigerator/microwave in room, fee for internet/breakfast, expensive dining.
The hotel is located several blocks from the Capitol Hill, which is most convenient for those Capitol Hill visitors. Its competitive daily room rate was buffered by its high parking rate. Its room size, facilities and service are about average. The room I lived in need some regular maintenance: bath shower needs maintenance, bath room door lock not functioning. Areas need improvement: no refrigerator/microwave in room, no free internet/continental breakfast, expensive parking/dining. read more

Location
Was unaware that I had to pay for parking since there was no hotel parking for free.
The location was great. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by the valet. Who didn't speak good english. This is why I beleive I misunderstood about the parking situation. I thought he said parking for $31.00, my whole visit. Wich was not the case. Since the hotel didn't have free parking I had to pay $31 the first day and $41 the second day. I don't beleive this was fare since I wasn't told about this when I booked the hotel. Had no choice hadto do it. If I was to book another hotel I don't think I would choose this one. I would find a hotel with FREE parking. read more

The location was great for our walking tours.
When we checked in, the bellhop took our luggage to the bottom of the escalator and we had to get another one to take to room.
I was very disappointed when we were charged $45.92/night for parking. Where else could we have parked? This additional charge should have been noted in some way other than asking for a credit card for incidentals.

The room was on the older side and although very clean.
Very lovely and updated lobby and restaurant area. Perfect for group gatherings for breakfast, drinks or dinner.
