The in-room coffee maker.
Nothing really.
I used Priceline and actually stayed at this hotel twice within a few day's span. Excellent value.

The interior of the hotel was very nice, the room was nice and updated.
The hotel food was horrible. I tried breakfast twice, dinner once and was unhappy with all of them.
At initial check in, I felt the parking lot was too far with all my bags. This initial impression was soon alleviated by the friendly greeting I received from the staff. The front desk staff put me in a room with a wonderful view on the 10th floor that was very comfortable. The health club area was large with plenty of equipment although the headphones did not work with the elliptical machines built in television. The worst part of the stay was the restaurant food. I ordered room service 3 times thinking a restaurant at this hotel must be good and I was just getting the wrong things. After 2 breakfasts and 1 dinner, I gave up and went to subway. For the price I paid for these meals, I should have at least been able to eat it. The rest of my stay was great so I recommend it but just don't eat in the restaurant. read more

Loved the ambiance! At night, the lights of Wichita are stunning by the river walk.
I wish the beds had fitted sheets. Don't care for the sheets tucked in. They come loose during the night.
The hotel was very clean and well staffed. It was wonderful to be pampered by them.

Great view of the river from our room.
The young man at the check-in was very pleasant, the girl that checked us in not so much.
Exceeded our expectations. The view, the river walk, and the grounds were first class. The lady in the parking garage was so pleasant I think she needs to be promoted to the front desk.

I love the view from the hotel room. It overlooks the Arkansas river.
The long walk from the parking garage to the elevators that take you to the rooms.

Location.
Restaurant menu, remote parking, extra charges for parking and internet.
A nice clean high rise. The restaurant has a limited menu. Parking is quite a walk and expensive. The pool is cold. Bar drinks are very expensive. Internet in the room is an extra charge.
A poor place for business, but if you walk in, negotiate a good rate, eat elsewhere and don't use any extras, it is fine.

It was quiet, secure, and had a wonderful view from our upper floor room! The free Q-line bus took us to Old Town.
There was no free breakfast.
