The staff was incredibly helpful.
The pool; TV was actually difficult to use.
While the location is a great placement on the river in Wichita and the staff were incredibly helpful, the lack of free internet, the pool that was very uncomfortable because of the low temperature, and the room placement that was terrible for machine noises.

When we got a room with double beds instead of the king size bed I had reserved, the manager sent up champagne and truffles.
Great staff, beautiful rooms, nicely appointed.

Love the river walk, wish the weather were better.
Many of the businesses in the area have closed down since last time we were there (a few years).
Overall stay was enjoyable. Did not like having to pay to park at a hotel of this scale. Did
not mind paying for and/or tipping valet, but to pay to park is a bit much.

It's location. The beds are comfortable.
Extremely noisy due to the door inside the room to the adjoining room was next to it.

Attractive spaces.
In guest room, no map of facility. Could hear the water running from other rooms fairly loudly.
Very attractive building, room was lovely with nice view of Wichita skyline. Pool and hot tub were nice.

Easy check in and out and friendly staff, convenient location from airport.
The hotel website says in-room dining is available until 12am but when I arrived at 10:20pm they had closed the kitchen already.

I ejoyed the bed and flat screen TV
I wish it would have had a refridgerater.
I enjoyed this hotel very much..very clean and expensive looking..the only thing was that it didn't have a refridgerater.

Nice location.
$12 a day parking.
Had a fire in the electrical in my room at 1:00 on the last day of my stay. Hotel staff did not seem concerned about me.

The outward appearance is classy. Hotel is located in a great touring area.
We were not thrilled with the distance it took to walk from our vehicle to our room. We had to park in their parking garage, or pay for valet.
The Hyatt had an outward classiness to it and was located in a super tourist area. However, it was not economical - you had to pay for valet (or walk from the parking garage!), and had to pay for most amenities - like wireless internet, an in-room refrigerator, etc. We also felt like housekeeping could have done a much better job of cleaning!
