It was perfect for my older daughter and myself to get away and relax in comfort.
If you do not use the valet parking is inconvenient. Is a long walk.
I was very pleased with my stay at the hotel.

It was a beautiful hotel located on the Arkansas river. The pool facilities were very nice.
The parking was a long walk from the garage to checking in.
A beautiful hotel with excellent security features. It appeared to be very well set up for business travellers and conventions.

The hotel sits on the river for nice walks. The pool is full size heated with two hot tubes. The exercise room is state of the art. Staff excellent.
Can't think of anything.
The best hotel as far as staff friendliness. Everyone said. Good morning from housekeepers to valets. Everyone seems glad to see you. Pool is full size with two hot tubs so nice. Ordered a wonderful pizza from the hotel. We walked down and sat by the river ate lunch with the ducks. What a beautiful hotel experience.

It was very beautiful.
The bathroom wasn't very updated.
On the inside it is very pretty and classy. The room is romantic. The view from the room is awesome. The bathroom was okay.

Close to Via Christi Hospital.
AC didn't work well and a lot of noise in the halls late in evening.
Always thought the Hyatt would be the Best! No AC was working properly, didn't notice until about 2-3am and didn't ask for another room. Restaurant service wasn't good at Leathers. Had trouble getting anyone to wait on us. Also $12.00 to park your car. Parking should be free. This isn't a 5 star hotel, would rate a 2 maybe 2 1/2.

Nice facility, nice sheets, good location.
Air conditioning did not work.
Staff was not eager to resolve our problem with the air conditioning. I ended up sleeping somewhere else.

Great location. Friendly staff. Comfortable room.
Too much hallway noise from other guests. Very noisy, has been that way before too.
Great place to stay overall. The staff was very nice and very helpful. My only complaint was the high level of outside noise from the hallways that kept my family up all night both nights we were there. This has been my only complaint with this hotel and it has been an issue every time we have stayed here.
