Hyatt Regency Wichita

Extremely upscale, private, secure, took great care of my car, bell hops extremely courteous! The desk clerks could be more friendly or at least smile once in a 3 day stay. Seemed too stuffy to even be professional.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room was very small and you could hear every sound through the walls. Sitting in the lobby I could see a layer of dust on the tables. The high priced coffee in the lobby was horrible. I had much higher expectations for the price I paid.

We attend the Witchita flower and garden show just about every year, very few exceptions and the Hyatt is connected to the arena where the show is held, nothing better then walking down a corridor and around a corner and walk into one of the largest flower and garden shows in America. The hotel makes it a worth while stay.

This is definitely the finest hotel in Wichita. The "walkway" to the convention center is a plus.

I'm retired after 40 years of traveling I think this is as fine a hotel as you will find in the Midwest. Restaurant was nicely decorated and the food was excellent. This is far above their closest competition in the area and I have stayed at them both.
