Beautiful inside and very comfortable.
They kept trying to charge for the internet which I didn't use.

The overall stay was wonderful. Comfortable beds, gracious setting. Be careful. When I checked out, she said the only extra charge was for the internet which I didn't use. I told the desk clerk and she said okay. But the charge was there and I had to call the next day to get the charge removed. It was and then another charge was placed on my card the next day for $59.95 and I am still waiting to have it removed. Be careful about your charge card statement. read more

Unusually different, contemporary decor from other similar hotels, but we liked it..
The young woman at the front dest was alone and not bust, yet she was very unwelcoming when we checked in. That was a disappointing start. We're used to.

Super close location to mall, across street from Cheesecake Factory. Shuttle to mall. Clean and close. Great parking.

Very nice rooms. Amazing shower!
Room was very far from elevators. Only a lap pool.

This hotel is geared towards business travelers. We were there for a soccer tournament so the boys didn't have a place to swim afterwards. Beautiful hotel but not for families. Very comfortable rooms though.

Next door to IKEA.
The lack of freebies.

Access to the hotel was fine. Design of the hotel spaces was well thought out. Rooms as expected. Nice big flat screen TV. With family, the eating options at the hotel were not sensible. Other than that this was a very good experience since our objective was to attend an event in downtown Chi go to the hotel then wake the next morning and shop at IKEA before returning home.

Very fancy.
No amenities for families. None. The indoor pool is a lap pool, not full-size. No jacuzzi.

This hotel is great for meetings, and business travel. But for families, or recreation travel, it's woefully inadequate and lags far behind others in the same price point and location.
