The hotel has very poor sound proof. We could hear people talking and laughing in the next room. The noise was terrible when the staff was vacuuming the hallway. The front desk was nice and polite though.

One of the staff was really helpful and nice.
I have to ask the key so many times because it didn't work, the staff was not really friendly except one, probably because we have small children.
The hotel has a very nice location and great place. Very clean and meet the standard of 5 star hotels. However the service is just OK. The person who check us in was OK but didn't help a lot with the room type. We got one of handicap room without being inform at the first place. The keys didn't work at the first and second place, I had to go up and down so many times. The staffs were OK. The handicap door was not working and it was a little hard for me with the stroller. Overall the place is OK but I know that I would prefer the other hotel if I can choose. read more

Friendly staff.
Nothing comes free.
The staff was extremely friendly. Probably, this is the only good thing about this hotel, besides the free shuttle service to the airport. On the negative side, no complementary breakfast, we are expected to pay for everything, right from the small water bottle kept in the room. May be, this hotel suits the business traveler more than leisure travelers.

Staff knew local eateries and could direct us to them.
Hotel is good quality for the price with easy access to O'Hare Airport and close to a variety of eateries. It was also easy to get to from off-airport car rental agencies.

Very clean and updated.
No free Wi-Fi - it was $15/day or something silly like that - I went down the street and used free Wi-Fi.
Nice and clean. I would stay again. Friendly staff.
