Hyatt Summerfield Suites Dallas-Lincoln Park is an up-scale, all suites hotel that features one bedroom and two bedroom, two-bath suites. Each suite has a spacious living and work area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Each bedroom has its own private bath, TV and phone line with voicemail. Complimentary high speed internet access is provided. Also included are a complimentary breakfast buffet, social hour Monday through Thursday and a 24-hour convenience store for snacks or personal items. An exercise room, pool, and spa are also features. Pet Policy: Pets are allowed for a $250 USD non-refundable fee per stay. Maximum of 2 pets allowed per suite. Parking Fee: Self parking is available for $6.00 per day. read more

I liked this hotel very much!

Excellent location. Convenient to freeway access, shopping, and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Lack of customer service no button on phone for front desk, lack of condiments-too much nickel and dime charges, no real shuttle.

This is a decent place to stay if you are going to be in and out quickly. I was told there was a shuttle to the mall only to get there and be told it only runs in the morning. I ordered a cab and had to call the front desk to find out it had arrived. I needed tooth paste and was charged $2.00 for a tube. The decor is very dated and lackluster, but it was clean. You also have to call the Hyatt to get the front desk, there is no button on the phone for a direct connection to anything which I have never seen. read more

Decent use of space. Even though difficult to get to was a decent location in the end.
Really hard to actually get to it initially. Tried to shake me down for extra money for extra bed.

On Central close to shopping and business but HARD to get to. Had own kitchen. Room clean but never saw housekeeper after that.
