Adequate breakfast included . Very accommodating hotel staff.
Awkward entrance off very busy main street.
The entire family really enjoyed our stay here. Hotel staff extremely helpful. Clean, very comfortable room, nice included breakfast.

Proximity to the arena.
Thin walls.
Hotel has thin walls and loud air conditioning units. Service was great, though. Everything seemed clean and well organized. Room has full size fridge. It also has a small stove and microwave which would have been handy if we were staying more than one day.

The room was cozy. Had that IKEA feel. I like the partition and the chaise lounger.
The cost of parking and incidentals and I did not like the fact that I had to produce a credit card although I paid in full.
The staff was very friendly. They smiled often and were very courteous. I also enjoyed the food. I loved the flat screen TV and the way the partition divided the couch area from the bed in a cozy way. The parking should be validated however. I loved the shuttle service.

The room space and layout is ideal.
This hotel is only a couple stories in height and the sign sits at ground level. So, it wasdifficult to find in the dark.
Our overall stay was great! I would choose to stay here again.

It was directly across from the American Airlines Center.
The hotel was right across the street from American Airlines Center which was convenient. However I payed for a room with two double beds and a separate bedroom because
I was traveling with three other people. I even had my receipt. They said they didn't have any of those rooms available.

I liked the convenience of full kitchen with pots & pans and the complementary breakfast was wonderful.
Did not like one way streets to navigate, but that is common in a downtown.
I would recommend a stay at this Hotel. It was clean and the room had everything you could need except a hair blow dryer. The bed was very comfortable. Great services & amenities. Liked the fact the hotel is green conscious.

The location is great and parking on the same floor as the room is convenient.
The tub had mildew surrounding it.
The room wasn't maintained as well as I expected. Other stays with this hotel franchise have been better and the hotels cleaner. Rooms were small. The kitchen was well stocked.
