Located in Waterford Corporate Park just minutes from Miami International Airport, the hotel is in the geographic center of Dade County. This allows for convenient travel to nearby Coral Gables and downtown Miami. The powdery white sands of Miami's South Beach are 15 minutes away. The Bayside Market is nearby, and ready to receive eager shoppers. The Miami Seaquarium and Miami Metro Zoo are just a short drive away. PET POLICY: Will accept up to two household pets per suite. Only one pet can be a dog weighing no more than 50 pounds. Cats must be declawed and house broken. A $150 USD non-refundable fee will be charged for a one bedroom suite and $200 USD for a two bedroom suite. Complimentary outdoor self parking is provided for registered guests. Great value for convenient airport access.

Similar concept to a Holiday Inn Express, but as a Hyatt, it was just a cut above. Very close to the airport, with a free shuttle, it was a newer property that was clean and friendly, and in a safe area (next to the Sofitel). An easy pick for a convenient stay on an overnight layover.

This hotel is less impressive than other 3.5 star hotels in the area and some of the 3 star hotels are much better.

I felt home.
Trouble with key card.

I was basically greeted with open arms. I would have checked in sooner but my internet access was on the fritz so I had to stay in some dingy motel in the hood, which cost the same dirty rotten scoundrels. Once I logged on to Priceline, my boy and the negotiators took care of the rest. I was speechless when I entered the room, they had everything from the kitchen to the flat screens in the living room and the bedroom, and you could have slept on the floor and had a comfortable sleep amongst the angels. If you’re not messing with Priceline, get ready for the burn. Thanks guys. read more

Convenient to airport, excellent buffet breakfast.
No restaurant or lounge.

Good airport stopover hotel, but make sure you get dinner before you arrive as lunch and dinner are outside delivery (pizza & Chinese). Room suites were clean & well kept, excellent small kitchen for longer stays. TV entertainment choices were very limited but free wireless worked well. Mostly a business location and not a great place to walk around at night.
