This is a great hotel. I had stayed here before and am glad to say I have been treated very well each time.

Great hotel in a wonderful location.

The hotel was somewhat off the beaten track for the Magic Mountain areas but well worth the short drive from the highway. Almost another world with beautiful shops across the street. Valet parking available but they were nice about pointing out their garage across the street. Very polite staff. The room was large and nicely furnished. Good bathroom and shower. All upscale.

Generally a good quality hotel but perhaps overrated as the staff were not equal to the Hyatt standard of excellence. The hotel is clean, comfortable and in good repair and appearance. The location is fairly convenient but we found it to be quite noisy despite the fact it was set back from a busy roadway.

The Hyatt needs to pay closer attention to maintenance in its rooms. The staff was helpful and friendly. They did all they could do to be helpful to us.

Business conf. type hotel with family friendly attitude. Beautiful pool and lobby, clean rooms, delicious breakfasts at high cost. Lost the $10 internet fee, and change to flat screen TV's!

We loved this hotel and will once again come back as we travel down South we will make it a stopping point for rest and pleasure!

The hotel was pleasantly located in an area where several amenities were available. The grounds & poolside area was beautiful and nicely maintained with an outdoor fire & seating area. The Lobby was somewhat inviting, but lacked an area where a group could congregate & visit easily. We were not greeted by the reception staff upon arrival at all and no one looked up or asked us if we needed assistance except when we went to check out. read more
