This hotel has it all. Beautiful property, friendly staff, fantastic amenities, and great location. Couldn't ask for more.

Welcoming, clean and comfortable.

The whole experience was wonderful. I only wish I could have stayed longer and maybe take advandage of the SPA part of the hotel. Very clean, welcoming and comfortable. I did not get there in time for dinner, but would have liked to try their restaurant.

Charges for wi-fi, no fridge, no microwave

Every enjoyable stay. Very nice accommodations. Very convenient to local points of interest and services. However¿why can't an upper end hotel like this provide free wi-fi when a $40 room at Ramada Inn does??? Ramada also has a fridge (nice for those touring the wine country) and a microwave. I know, Hyatt would prefer you eat at their restaurant or order room service. BTW, there is an excellent coffee house just several blocks away; Flying Goat coffee¿highly recommended! read more

The towel I looked at had someone elses hair. This is bad.
The room was a little smelly. The sheets were holey and the towels had not been changed because I found someones hair in the hand towel.

For the price I paid for this room I would not stay here again.
