The staff was extremely helpful with recommendations for restaurants, etc.
The decor.

Although the location is excellent for the Russian River Valley, the overall quality of the hotel was more like a 3 or 4 star rather than 5. However, the staff was exceptional.

Located across the street from Downtown and restaurants.
Room decor/colors were too bold for my taste.

Since it was a Sunday night, it was not crazy busy but very relaxed and accommodating which is what I came for.
