An oasis just off a very busy freeway. Very relaxing public areas and room.

Although this hotel was beautiful, it was clearly desiigned for the male business traveler. I was here with my sister, and the bathroom had absolutely no place for a woman's toiletries, much less for two. The "clean, simplistic" design of the bathroom sink (a pedestal sink) did not even allow a toothbrush on the edge without sliding off. There was a tiny shelf where the hotel placed kleenex, a soapdish, and a box to hold cotton balls. There was nowhere to put a bottle of lotion or even toothpaste, except for the floor. Besides the poorly designed bathroom, there was very little room for clothing, as the drawers were small. There was a hair dryer in the closet in the room, but nowhere to plug it in and use it in the bathroom, as there was no place to put it down while you used it. The restaurants were completely overpriced, and there was no guest computer to use without paying a steep fee. If you had a wireless laptop, internet was free, but if you didn't, it was costly. So, for two women who were on a pleasure trip, this hotel was too pricey, no room for their things, and their bathroom was maddening! The staff was very helpful and friendly, but when I asked where I was supposed to put things in the bathroom, they suggested the hook on the bathroom wall. We traveled with children,and we won't stay in any other hotel when we visit the area again. beautiful property for the price. Excellent!
