Handicap accessible room was not accessible - no roll in shower for wheelchair.

Staff was friendly, helpful and willing to make up for not providing proper handicap room by providing lunch. Professional and prompt.

Very nice hotel. Staff friendly. Quiet area.King size bed was very comfortable with clean, modern decor. Room lacked refrig. but had a small couch and table which were nice.

It is very beautiful and classy.
It has no laundry facilities, no free Internet.

I love the Hyatt Westlake Village. It is located right off the freeway, has ample free parking, reasonably priced room service. It is classy and well maintained.

Pool was very small, overcrowded, no towels available, dirty dishes and glasses left on tables.

Rooms are nice, clean. Lobby lovely. Pool is very disappointing for any location - but especially for Southern California.

The location was great and there were shops and restaurants near by.
There was construction work and a water leak in our room. The construction had many areas blocked off and created a noisy environment.

Many areas in the hotel were closed off with big black curtains and the noise level was loud and annoying.
